Relishing Experience - Rasoi Se and Biryani Adda, Cloud Kitchen by Pankaj Upadhyay

When a foodie starts their own cloud kitchen, you know that it is going to be awesome. Rasoi Se and Biryani Adda are such two outlets by one of the popular food bloggers of Ahmedabad – Pankaj Upadhyay; also well-known by his handle @itsfoodieonly.

His brands Rasoi Se and Biryani Adda offers delicious North Indian cuisine. The menu has some of the choicest North Indian starters, sabzis, and biryanis to opt from. Here’s what I had from these outlets:

Starters:

Vegetable Kabab: These Kabab were to die for. They were soft from inside and crispy and crunchy from outside. The distinctive taste about these Kababs were that they were freshly made that gave it an altogether different flavor.

Paneer Malai Cheese Tikka: For the lovers of Panner, this is a must try. Generally, when we hear Malai tikka, we may think that it is going to be on the sweet side. But, this is different in its preparation. It is topped with black pepper and chaat masala that makes it an amazing bite.

Paneer Lal Mirch Tikka: This one is for spicy lovers like me. A perfect starter for any party or get-together. The Paneer pieces were quite big and thick and charred to perfection.

Main Course:

Mushroom Mutter Masala: I simply fell in love with it!!! The mushroom pieces were smoked and then cooked in rich gravy that gave it a unique taste. Probably one of its own kind of preparation of Mushroom sabzi.

Aloo Gobhi Adraki: What I liked about this dish was that it wasn’t dry at all. It was generously coated in thick gravy, which made it a beautiful dish that could go with any other element from the menu.

Kadai Paneer: This dish was a little on the spicy side so if you love spicy flavor; definitely go for it. It contained generous and thick pieces of Paneer that were sauteed and then cooked with the gravy.

Veg Pulao: A simple and classic dish, which tasted really yummy. I loved the different flavors that were beautifully brought together.

I would highly recommend this place. The quality and quantity of the food is good enough for two people. In fact, I would say the quality and quantity, I received for the price surpassed my expectations. Every starter dish had eight huge pieces of that respective dish.

Each and every dish is freshly made and you can find that in the taste of every dish. All dishes carried distinctive taste and it was consistent.
