Spinach Paan

Well, so how many of you like eating Meetha Paan after dinner? The small and sweet snack that refreshes your taste. I bring you a Meetha Paan too, only that it is made from Spinach and filled with Strawberries.

This is a quick recipe which is perfect as after dinner snack.

Ingredients:
  • Large & Fresh Spinach Leaves – 4-5
  • Finely chopped strawberries – 3 pieces
  • Finely chopped Grapes – 5-6 pieces
  • Gulkhand – 1 tablespoon
  • Corn Meal (makki ka atta) – 1 tablespoon
  • White/Unsalted butter – 1 tablespoon
  • Salt – as per taste
  • Water – 2 tablespoon 



Method:

  • Cut the stem of Spinach leaves and wash them.
  • In a bowl, mix corn meal, salt and water to make a thick paste out of it.
  • Spread it lightly on spinach leaf.
  • In a pan, put some unsalted/white butter and fry spinach from both sides. 
  • In another bowl, mix strawberries, grapes and Ghulaknd.
  • Fill this filling in spinach leaf and roll it in Paan shape.
