Well, so how many of you like eating Meetha Paan after
dinner? The small and sweet snack that refreshes your taste. I bring you a
Meetha Paan too, only that it is made from Spinach and filled with
Strawberries.
This is a quick recipe which is perfect as after dinner
snack.
Ingredients:
- Large & Fresh Spinach Leaves – 4-5
- Finely chopped strawberries – 3 pieces
- Finely chopped Grapes – 5-6 pieces
- Gulkhand – 1 tablespoon
- Corn Meal (makki ka atta) – 1 tablespoon
- White/Unsalted butter – 1 tablespoon
- Salt – as per taste
- Water – 2 tablespoon
Method:
- Cut the stem of Spinach leaves and wash them.
- In a bowl, mix corn meal, salt and water to make a thick paste out of it.
- Spread it lightly on spinach leaf.
- In a pan, put some unsalted/white butter and fry spinach from both sides.
- In another bowl, mix strawberries, grapes and Ghulaknd.
- Fill this filling in spinach leaf and roll it in Paan shape.
